Tim O'Leary
Director
Tim O’ Leary is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland who qualified with a BSc Honours Degree in Structural Engineering from Trinity College Dublin in 1993 and has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. This experience ranges across a number of fields in the construction industry from residential to commercial.
Tim has taken the lead from design to completion on a number of major commercial projects ranging from nursing homes (Amber Healthcare), industrial units (Lehane Environmental) to Leevale Athletic Centre of Excellence.
Tim has also particular expertise in relation to petrol stations.
Chris Donovan
Director
Chris Donovan is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland who qualified with a BSc Honours Degree in Structural Engineering from Trinity College Dublin in 1993 and also qualified with a Masters Degree in International Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Leeds in 1996.
Chris has also completed a Diploma as a certified insurance practitioner with the Insurance Institute of Ireland and is regulated as an insurance intermediary with the Central Bank of Ireland.
Chris experience ranges across a number of fields within the construction industry but has specialised in the insurance related works, namely subsidence, flooding, fire damage claims, providing expertise for both the insured, their appointed loss assessors and also for loss adjusters representing insurance companies.
