Change of use of vacant commercial unit to a new high performance athletic centre. The location is at the former Top Car premises, Farranlea Road, Cork City. DL Group were involved in all elements of the proposed new high performance athletic centre, from design and obtaining planning, Fire Cert, DAC Cert to project managing until completed.
